Kurt Cobain Signed Sumo Wrestler Sketch. This 18" x 16" drawing in pencil and felt tip on illustration board features a stylized sumo wrestler standing over the remains of two smashed guitars under a caption that reads "Trash all others! Buy a Fender." Drawn by the late Nirvana frontman while a student at Aberdeen High School circa 1982-84, the piece is a rare sample of Cobain's artwork, signed "K Cobain" in orange felt tip in the lower right corner and in Excellent condition. Accompanied by a notarized letter of authenticity from Cobain's high school art teacher. Opening bid: $1,250.

This is an unsigned 22" x 17" airbrush illustration of a guitarist playing in the middle of an abstract landscape, painted by the late Nirvana frontman while a student at Aberdeen High School, circa 1982-84.
